How long will it take for my canvas to arrive?
Typically we complete orders within 3 working days. All canvases are then shipped on a 'next business day' service, so it usually takes 4 to 5 working days for the canvas to arrive with you. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to received and sign for the canvas.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to any UK mainland address via next business day insured courier is only £6.95 for canvases up to 36"x24" (larger canvases £9.95). Delivery to other UK areas (Northern Ireland, etc) is £14.95
Can I combine delivery charges on multiple orders?
Yes! The initial delivery charge is £6.95*, any subsequent order (placed at the same time) is FREE! (*Canvases up to 36"x24")
Can I have the canvas shipped to any address?
Yes! During the order process you will be asked to enter a shipping address. This does not have to be the billing address.
Do you offer multiple canvas images?
Yes! We can print your images across numerous canvases (called tiles). We offer 2, 4 and 6 canvas tiles. Just email us for a quote on multiple tiles canvas images.
I would like a custom sized canvas, can you do this?
Yes! We can print your image on any size canvas you specify (subject to image quality and layout). Again, just email us for a custom quote, we will get straight back to you.
I have a hard copy photo, can you create a canvas from that?
Yes, no problem! Just email us and we will make arrangements to receive your hard copy photo which we will scan and print for you at no extra charge!.
How do I order my canvas?
It's so easy, just 3 simple steps are required. Jump straight to our order page, enter your contact information and shipping address, select the canvas size and any effects you want, then upload your picture using the online upload feature! That's all you have to do, we do everything else and keep you informed of the order progress right up to shipping. We even email you the shipping tracking number so you can track your order to your door!
How do I pay for my canvas?
We use Paypal for all our online orders. It's quick, simple and safe. All of your payment details stay safely with paypal so you can buy from us with confidence. At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the paypal website to complete your order. Once you have paid you will be redirected back to canvasbabies.com for your order confirmation.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
During the ordering process you will be asked to enter any discount code you have. The discount will be automatically applied to the order and shown before you checkout.
What is your privacy policy?
We only store your shipping and order details. We NEVER divulge or sell your contact information to ANY other 3rd party company. Payment information is made through the Paypal website and we DO NOT store any sensitive financial or credit card information on our servers.
What is your return policy?
As each canvas is hand made to order and contains your own digital images, we only offer refunds on damaged or faulty canvases. Any damaged canvas will be replaced free of charge or a full refund issued if we are advised by email within 1 day of delivery.
Copyright
As we will be reproducing your digital image, you are acknowledging that you own the copyright to that image, or have written confirmation from the holder of the copyright allowing you to reproduce the image. We cannot accept responsibility for copyright issues with images that you do not own the copyright for.
